Cancellation Policy

These Terms and Conditions to the client ( “you”). By booking services, signing a contract, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. 1. Services Offered D Sharp Media provides creative services including, but not limited to: • Photography • Videography • Video editing • Graphic design • Website design • Branding and media production services Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual proposals or contracts. ⸻ 2. Booking & Payments • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all bookings unless stated otherwise in writing. • Remaining balances must be paid before final delivery of any content. • Failure to submit payment on time may delay or suspend services. ⸻ 3. Cancellations & Refunds • All retainers and deposits are non-refundable. • If the Client cancels services, any monies paid are forfeited. • If D Sharp Media must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all paid fees will be refunded or rescheduled at the Client’s discretion. • No refunds will be issued for completed work. ⸻ 4. Rescheduling • Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. • Additional reschedules may result in additional fees or cancellation of services with no refund. ⸻ 5. Client Responsibilities • The Client agrees to provide accurate information, clear creative direction, and all necessary access, content, or approvals in a timely manner. • Delays caused by the Client may affect project timelines without penalty to D Sharp Media. ⸻ 6. Creative Rights & Licensing • D Sharp Media retains copyright ownership of all media unless otherwise stated in writing. • Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the final delivered content for personal or business use. • Content may not be sold, altered, or transferred without written permission. ⸻ 7. Portfolio & Promotional Use D Sharp Media reserves the right to use completed work for: • Portfolio display • Website and social media promotion • Marketing and advertising Unless a written confidentiality agreement is signed. ⸻ 8. Revisions • Revisions are limited to what is stated in the service agreement. • Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may require additional fees. ⸻ 9.
